It was a beautiful, peaceful drive along CA Hwy 152 with green hills, blue lakes, colorful wildflowers, and blue skys. We arrived at The Lakes RV Resort where we met up with a lot of old friends from the Rotary RV Fellowship. We attended the Chowchilla Rotary Club dinner meeting at Farnesi's Steakhouse. They celebrated St. Patrick's Day with corned beef and cabbage and they gave each of us a bottle of local wine. We enjoyed talking with the Chowchilla Rotarians. This is predominately an agricultural community.
