Lake of the Springs, Oregon House, CA

It was a pretty drive from Fernley to The Lake of the Springs through forested areas. This was quite a contrast to the desert! The weather is perfect, in the 70's with a clear blue sky. We stopped at a little market and deli in Brownsville for a sandwich and arrived at camp before 2:00. We got full hookups and satellite TV in site X14. After setting up we took a little nap, then I sat outside reading and playing games. In the evening we watched deer walking by our campsite, but Samantha barked at them. Today I'll take Samantha for a walk to the Lake. I should try to clean some of the sand from in the RV.
