Still accross Texas

The River was pretty with the morning fog and sun. We had an early breakfast at IHOP in Seguin then headed toward Houston. East of Houston there was a terrible accident, a tanker truck caught fire and there was a fatality. The back-up was over 10 miles. It took us over one hour to go just 3 miles! We finally arrived at the Gulf Coast RV Resort in Beaumont, TX at 5 PM, very tired and hungry. After some food and a martini our attitude was adjusted for the better! The WiFi wouldn't connect in the motor home, but it was fine outside. But my fingers got very cold trying to type. This is a nice park with lots of ammenities. The Passport America rate was good.
